Julian was formerly Head of UK & European Separate Accounts and CIO of Lasalle Investment Management where he was responsible for strategic investment across the UK and Europe. Julian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge relating to the property market, investment management, risk management, corporate governance and the investment process
Charles Merry - Head of Asset Management

Charles is a skilled real estate asset manager and investment professional with over 30 years experience. He has a broad experience covering strategic asset management, development management as well as investment management and advisory. Charles has worked on a diverse range of projects including identifying and implementing value add strategies, regeneration and upgrade projects and planning and development. He has an excellent record of working closely with investors and occupiers to deliver robust income streams based on sound ESG principles. He has worked in both advisory and principal roles and has also run his own successful consultancy business
Mike Burden - Consultant

Mike was previously a partner at Cushman & Wakefield and headed the Alternative Asset Class investment and development team. Mike specialises in due diligence and structuring of investment and development transactions across the commercial property market with a strong focus on the alternative and operating asset sector. He also has significant asset management and portfolio management expertise. He has been involved in managing advising on over £6bn of commercial property transactions.

Naveen is a qualified chartered accountant having secured his qualification from "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India". He also has an MBA in Global Financial Services from Coventry University.
Naveen provides full analytical under write and fund structuring on all NPIM funds.
